What people ask about paying
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Unlimited pets, unlimited caregivers, quick logs, tasks, reminders, health tracking and the Care Streak are the free plan, not a window that closes. The thing most apps charge for — getting a second person onto the same record — is the thing we decided not to charge for.
- Do caregivers I invite need to pay?
- No. A caregiver joins on the free plan and can log care, read the timeline and take reminders. Pro is per account, so it changes what you get rather than what your household is allowed to do.
- How much is Pro?
- The App Store and Google Play show the price for your region, in your currency, on the paywall inside the app. We do not publish a figure here because it would be the wrong one for most of the people reading it.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- You keep your data and drop to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked behind a wall: the records, pets and history stay readable, and the Pro-only depth stops.
- Where do I cancel?
- In the store that charged you — Settings on iOS, the Play Store on Android — because that is where the subscription lives. The app links straight to the right screen so you are not hunting for it.
